Regional Groundwork Website and SMS Terms

About these terms

These terms describe use of the Regional Groundwork website and its optional customer text-message program. “Regional Groundwork,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Regional Groundwork, LLC. Our services include paving, pavement maintenance, concrete repair and related property work, including seasonal snow removal.

Website information and inquiries

Website material provides general information about our services. Submitting a form, clicking an interest button or requesting a quote does not by itself book work, reserve snow-response capacity, create an accepted estimate or establish a service contract. A team member may follow up to discuss the property and next steps.

Project scope, price, scheduling, payment, cancellation, warranties and other service commitments must be addressed in the applicable estimate or separate agreement. These website terms do not change an existing project agreement. Service availability and suitable methods depend on the property, location and conditions.

Use accurate contact and project information, and submit information only when authorized to do so. Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access.

Offers and website content

Any promotion should state its eligibility, timing, discount basis and other material conditions in the offer itself. If a detail is unclear, contact us before relying on it. Nothing in these general terms establishes a discount or changes a specific offer.

Website illustrations and general guidance do not replace a site-specific assessment. We may update site content, but a website update does not change the terms of work already agreed in a separate contract.

Optional Regional Groundwork text messages

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Regional Groundwork’s SMS program

When you choose to enroll, Regional Groundwork may send the categories of messages described at that opt-in. Non-marketing messages may concern your inquiry, estimate updates, appointments or service scheduling. If you separately select marketing messages, they may include service promotions, seasonal offers and discounts within the scope you agreed to.

Texts may be sent using automated technology. Marketing and non-marketing choices are separate and optional. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an inquiry. Providing your phone number does not alone authorize promotional texts. Only provide a number you are authorized to use.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, service activity and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply to texts you send or receive. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to a Regional Groundwork text to stop SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which messages from that program will stop unless you enroll again. To rejoin, use the opt-in process for the messages you want; do not rely on simply submitting another service inquiry.

Reply HELP for support contact information, or contact office@regionalgw.com. If you change or stop using your number, tell us so we can update the record. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not rely on text delivery for emergencies or as confirmation that snow-removal or other work has been scheduled. Contact the appropriate emergency service for an emergency. Scheduling must be confirmed with Regional Groundwork through the applicable service arrangements.

Privacy and email choices

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and SMS consent: https://www.regionalgw.com/privacy-policy. Do not include sensitive personal or payment information in ordinary text messages.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Email and SMS preferences are separate, and we will honor the choices and applicable requirements for each channel.

Changes and contact

We may update these website and messaging terms and will revise the effective date. Updates do not create new SMS consent or alter a separately agreed service contract.
